Training Opportunities
Training days are designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in aesthetic injections. The AD offers private and group training that can cover a wide range of topics upon request. For a private training day, you’ll receive personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to your specific needs and experience level. You’ll dive deep into hands-on practice, learning advanced techniques and getting direct feedback from the trainer. In a group training session, you’ll benefit from shared learning experiences and the chance to network with peers while engaging in practical discussions. Both formats focus on building confidence in administering injectables, understanding facial anatomy, and mastering the art of achieving natural, aesthetically pleasing results. All hands-on training must be done in your office in the state you are licensed. Any training at our facility is observation only.
The AD also has a list of specific courses that injectors can register to attend throughout the year.

Medical professionals only (LPN, RN, PA, NP, DO, ND, MD). Must provide proof of license in good standing.
Trainings are designed to serve as additional education to your certification course. This is an opportunity for you to work hands-on with your patients while an advanced injector guides you through each injection and provides strategic feedback. Trainees are required to provide their own FDA approved products, supplies, and model patients.

Private and Group training Days will cover topics that you want more training on. These trainings are designed to cater to the predetermined needs of the injector, where we meet you at your skill level and experience. There will be a didactic portion with presentation, live injections on model patients recruited by your practice, and a debrief at the end with take home material to reference back to as you integrate the new knowledge into your practice.
Our Training Courses at The AD are specific to a single topic and run the same schedule as private and group training with a didactic portion, live injections for observation only, and a debrief with take home material. Certificate of Completions are handed out at the end of the day.
No, not at this time. Only a Certificate of completion.
We recommend your phone for recording, wearing scrubs and closed toe shoes. Coffee, water/drinks, snacks, and lunch provided. Notepad and pens provided.
All training sessions are 4 hours long. Private: $1,000 Group (3-5): $800 ea. All payments are non-refundable.
Yes! There’s an option for us to come to your office. Additional travel fees apply for any distance greater than 150 miles from Medford, OR. Flight and Hotel cost may also apply for travel greater than 3 hours.
All training done in your office is hands-on with direct feedback from the trainer. The trainer will not inject your patients. All training sessions held at the AD are observation only due to state regulations.
