Kas Glass

RN, BSN, CAI

Kas is an RN injector and the founder of The District, an innovative medical aesthetics clinic in Southern Oregon that focuses on aesthetic enhancements, functional wellness and longevity.

She is a dedicated lifelong learner, continually advancing her knowledge, skills, and safety through participation in advanced training, cadaver labs, and industry conferences. Kas has had the privilege of training with renowned aesthetic providers and was recognized as a Master Injector by FAME in 2024. As a certified aesthetic instructor at a top academy in Oregon, Kas is passionate about sharing her expertise and educates globally on her Patreon platform.

Kas also actively contributes to research within the field of aesthetics. Outside of her professional endeavors, you can find her experiencing life with her family, exploring the world, and leading a healthy lifestyle. Currently, Kas is working toward completing her Nurse Practitioner degree at USU, furthering her commitment to advancing the aesthetics industry.

Patrick Denard, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Denard received his Bachelor of Science from The University of Puget Sound and his MD from Dartmouth Medical School. Following medical school he completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Oregon Health Science University and a fellowship in shoulder surgery in San Antonio, Texas

He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and practices in Medford, Oregon where he also serves as director of the Oregon Shoulder Fellowship. He holds academic appointments at Oregon Health and Science University and the Elson S Floyd College of Medicine. He has authored over 300 peer-reviewed articles, 40 book chapters, and 2 textbooks, which have led to him being recognized as one of the top orthopedic researchers internationally. He regularly speaks at national and international meetings educating other surgeons.

Beyond being a surgeon, Dr. Denard has a passion for health, nutrition, general wellness, and regenerative medicine. He integrates a holistic approach into patient care to help them live their best life.

Destinee Ault

Clinical Manager

Clinical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator

Destinee is the Clinical Manager at The District, bringing over four years of experience across multiple areas of healthcare. Since joining Kas at The District in March 2024, she has developed a deep appreciation for the vision and values of the business as it continues to grow and evolve.

Her experience working alongside chiropractors, ophthalmologists, and dentists has given her a strong foundation in patient care and a genuine passion for helping patients look and feel their best. In her role as Clinical Manager, Destinee is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for patients and supporting the continued success of the practice.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and traveling.

Marquie Wiersma

Nurse Injector

Marquie was born and raised in the Rogue Valley, where she currently lives with her husband of 15 years and their two sons. Her life has been centered around serving others, both professionally and through charitable efforts. As a family, they have organized and founded numerous charity events through their business, Thunderstruck Custom Bikes Inc., supporting organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley, the Children’s Miracle Network, and others.

With over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, Marquie is a licensed hairstylist, nail technician, and esthetician, and has owned and managed several successful salons. After more than a decade in cosmetology, she felt drawn to gain a deeper understanding of the human mind, which led her to study psychology. However, after three years in the program, she realized her true passion was in the medical field. She is now a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and is continuing her education with plans to become a Registered Nurse (RN), and eventually a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, singing, watching her favorite shows, and participating in the many community events they help organize.

Miranda Countess

Medical Assistant

Miranda is a Medical Assistant at The District, with four years of experience working with primary care doctors as well as nurse practitioners specializing in women’s health.

With a well-rounded background in the medical field, she has developed a heartfelt passion for aesthetics and wellness, combining her clinical knowledge with a personalized approach to help others feel confident, radiant, and truly at their best.

She is committed to growing in the field and is working toward her goal of becoming a Licensed Aesthetic Nurse. In her free time, she enjoys quality time with family and friends, walking her dogs, and spending time outdoors to unwind and recharge.

Brooklyn Willner

RN & IV Nurse

Brooklyn received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Oregon State Health and Science University. She also has a bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Oregon State University with prior experience in chiropractic care. In addition to being an IV therapy nurse, she is also an Orthopedics & Neurology nurse at Asante Rogue Regional. She has always had a passion for functional wellness, combining her dedication to patient care with a keen interest in holistic medicine.

Outside of work, Brooklyn stays active with her busy family, often seeking outdoor adventures and keeping up with seasonal sports.

Aisha is a Certified Advanced Esthetician with a passion for delivering real, visible results. Specializing in advanced skin and body treatments, Aisha offers a full range of corrective services including microneedling, IPL, pigment correction, laser hair removal, plasma technology, body sculpting, and tattoo removal.

At The District, Aisha focuses on creating fully customized treatment plans designed to rejuvenate, refine and restore. Whether addressing complexion issues, unwanted hair, stubborn body areas, or overall skin texture, her advanced techniques deliver lasting, meaningful results tailored to each patient’s unique goals.

For Aisha, it’s about more than just the treatments, it’s about the people. She values the genuine relationships she builds with each patient and believes that trust, comfort, and connection are just as important as the results. Creating a space where patients feel seen, heard, and cared for is at the heart of every service she provides.

When she’s not helping patients look and feel their absolute best, Aisha enjoys life by the ocean, warm-weather travel, and spending quality time with her kids and family. Tatem Carroll

Licensed Esthetician

Tatem was born and raised in the Rogue Valley. She loves helping people feel healthy and confident in their own skin.

Tatem attended Oregon Dermal Academy in 2024 and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for her clients. Whether it’s a relaxing facial or targeted skin treatments, her goal is to enhance natural beauty and support long-term skin health. She’s excited to continue growing in the industry and building meaningful connections through her work.

Kristin Winship

ISSA-CPT, CNC, NPCP

Kristin is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Coach. But before any of those titles, she was a woman determined to take control of her health.

A few years ago, Kristin was navigating the highs and lows of her own weight loss journey. She lost over 50 pounds not by following rigid plans or extreme diets, but by learning how to train smart, fuel her body, and build a mindset focused on progress—not perfection. That experience didn’t just change her body; it changed her life—and lit a fire in her to help others do the same. Since then, Kristin has become a bikini competitor, a passionate coach dedicated to helping men and women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health and her newest and proudest accomplishment, a first time mom to twins!

Kaylynn Muntifering

Lash Artist

Kaylynn is a licensed esthetician and lash artist. She began her career in esthetics in 2011 after earning her Master Esthetician certification at the Aveda Institute in Provo, Utah. With a background in the spa side of the industry, she discovered her passion for lash artistry in 2021 and has been dedicated to perfecting her craft ever since.

Kaylynn is passionate about staying at the forefront of the industry, and she actively participates in continued education to ensure her clients receive the highest level of service and care.

Outside of the studio, Kaylynn leads an active life with her family and finds creative inspiration through painting, paddle boarding, and bullet journaling.
